The documentary delves into the groundbreaking work he and his medical research team have been undertaking for the past few years. It focuses on an evidence-based, seven-day meditation retreat developed by Dispenza, which involves guided meditations in seated, standing, and walking formats, delving deep into the science of how it works on the body, mind, and quantum fields. The insights and findings unveiled in the documentary were genuinely fascinating, leaving me, and I’m sure many others, intrigued by the potential of these practices.

One of the most profound revelations from Dr. Dispenza’s research is the body’s remarkable ability to undergo significant transformation and healing in just seven days without any external interventions. Neutrality has far-reaching effects on the regulation of the nervous system. Fostering a neutral perspective can increase emotional balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall health. Neutrality is the first step in entering a heart-mind coherent state where higher levels of consciousness and transformation are possible.

Through this process, it is possible to access and transform the unconscious and subconscious parts of the mind where all the habitual programming, unconscious beliefs, and unresolved issues are stored. In this state of consciousness, when we loosen the grip of our ego, real transformative change can occur.

On September 23, 2023, a global community gathered to Walk for the World – our first international Walking Meditation. In 167 countries around the world, more than 140,000 people walked together in the energy of change. Many walked alone, while thousands of groups formed among friends, families, neighbors, colleagues, and new members of this community.
The more we demonstrate change, the more we raise the frequency in our world.
I downloaded the walking meditation and have been practicing it on my walks this week. I also practice their Heart Coherence meditation in the morning, which is very centering.
